When a parcel is shown as delivered on tracking systems. Bizarre Gear is no longer responsible for the box.
If you move location after ordering from us, please be sure to put in a forwarding address at your local delivery office so mail can be forwarded.
If you give an invalid delivery address when submitting your order with us. We can generally change it, providing that you advise us inside 6 hours to update this before dispatch. When it leaves the distribution center, we have no way to change the address on the package.
